These terms apply to OuiPR at ouipr.pages.dev. By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
OuiPR helps you practise the writing part (expression écrite) of the TCF Canada exam. You write a task in French, and an AI model returns a score out of 20, an NCLC level, a list of mistakes, a corrected text and a model answer.
The score is an AI estimate based on the official criteria. It is not an official result and does not guarantee any score in the real exam or any immigration outcome. OuiPR is not affiliated with France Éducation International, IRCC or the Government of Canada. TCF is a trademark of France Éducation International.
2. Who can use OuiPR
You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Free plan
The free plan gives 5 checks a day, with no account. We may change the free limits.
4. Premium subscription
Premium costs $9.99 per month or $4.99 per week, in US dollars. Taxes or a payment service fee may be added at checkout: you see the final amount before you pay. Your bank may also charge its own fee for payments in a foreign currency. Premium includes up to 20 checks a day.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to artsiomnhatrang@gmail.com from the email you paid with. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 7 days before. The new price applies from your next period.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Tribute. Refunds are described in our Refund policy.
5. Fair use
Do not use OuiPR to send automated requests or scrape the site, get around the limits, share or resell your Premium access, submit illegal or abusive content or other people's personal data, or try to break or overload the service. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
6. Your texts
Your texts remain yours. You allow us to send them to our AI providers only to produce your check, as described in the Privacy policy. AI feedback can contain mistakes, so use your own judgement.
7. Availability
We work to keep OuiPR available, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruptions or errors. We may change or remove features. If we stop Premium completely, we refund the unused part of your current period.
8. Liability
OuiPR is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as exam results, visa or immigration decisions, or missed opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters for Premium subscribers, we will tell them by email.
