We want you to pay only if OuiPR helps you prepare for TCF Canada.
Cancel anytime
To cancel Premium, write to artsiomnhatrang@gmail.com from the email you paid with. We cancel it within 1 business day. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
First payment: 7 days
If Premium is not for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel? Write to us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. If you have not used Premium since the renewal, we refund it in full.
Technical problems
If the checker did not work for you during a paid period, we refund that period or extend your Premium, whichever you prefer.
How refunds work
Send your request to artsiomnhatrang@gmail.com from the email you used to pay. We reply within 2 business days. The money goes back to the card you paid with, through our payment partner Tribute. Banks usually show it within 5-10 business days.
Other cases
We look at other requests case by case. This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
